At Ghritgir.in, we take pride in offering pure and high-quality ghee products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict but fair Refund and Return Policy.
1. Returns

We do not accept returns for food items once delivered, unless:

The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery.

You received the wrong item.

The product is expired upon receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original packaging (except in the case of damaged or incorrect delivery).

Be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process a refund or replacement, as per your choice and product availability.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or via UPI.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card/bank provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, or before the item is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Opened, tampered, or used products.

Products returned without original packaging (unless damaged during shipping).

Orders returned after 48 hours of delivery without valid reason.
7. Damaged Packaging but Product Intact
In some cases where the outer packaging is damaged but the product is intact, we may not issue a refund. However, please contact us with photos so we can assess the situation.
